Pete has now supported three generations of my family through the home selling and purchasing process. Having Pete as our realtor for our first home purchase was such a blessing to us. My wife and I had little to no knowledge of the home buying process, and from Day 1 Pete began educating us on the search process (market trends, areas to look, etc.), how to make our offer stand out, inspection, appraisal, as well as the basics around the lending process. Having Pete as a resource was tremendous, and his responsiveness and willing to fight for his clients was very evident from start to finish. Pete was also able to make many great recommendations for various services such as a mason, inspectors, home insurance agents, and a lender that we greatly appreciated. Pete is a great realtor - although we haven't had any other experiences to compare to, we feel confident that we found one of the best.

Pete was terrific. I was a Virginia buyer, which means I was coming in with a low/no down payment in a market that is extremely competitive with sellers that are shying away from Virginia buyers because they can't come up with more money down to cover the gap between appraisal and what the asking price is. That being said, Pete was able to find me a great home and negotiate with the sellers to get me under contract, which was terrific. His knowledge about homes we went and saw was terrific, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interest in mind - rather than just trying to make a quick sale. Pete's professionalism and responsiveness were also top notch. Again, I would highly recommend him for any home buyer. Moreover, if I sell my house or buy another one, he'll be the first one I call.

I would highly recommend Pete if you're looking to buy a house in this market. Pete was terrific throughout the entire process. I was always able to reach him, and he was very helpful in answering any questions I had. He was professional, courteous, and wasn't afraid to let me know the realities of the situation - which I appreciated. I think many realtors just want to get you under contract so that they can make their money, and Pete is definitely not like that. As a Virginia buyer in a very competitive market, Pete was able to help get me under contract on a house that I loved.
